Australian Aaron Mouy, Japanese Shinji Kagawa and South Korean Sing Hoon-Min are the three contenders for the `Asian Footballer of the Year` award. Mui was a major credit for Australia`s World Cup qualifiers, and helped Huddersfield to enter the Premier League of England. The 2012 winner, who won the prize in 2012, won the Germany Cup with Borussia (Dortmund), while Son, the winner of the 2015 poll, is on a consistently high level for Tottenham.
The nominees for `Coach of the Year` are Australian national team manager Angelos Postecoglu, as well as the Japanese specialists Ishi Masateda and Takafuma Hori, who lead Kashima Antlers and Urava Red Diamonds respectively. The winners in the individual charts will be announced on November 29th.
